SCOTT SONGER

Scott Songer is an accomplished entrepreneur and fintech leader with over 25 years of experience in driving innovation for small businesses and emerging technologies. As the co-founder of SilverStream Advisory Group, Scott specializes in management consulting, M&A advisory, and accelerating growth for early-stage and emerging companies in the B2B fintech sector. He has built and scaled multiple ventures, including the founding of Kontrol Payables, a pioneering integrated payables solution that was acquired by Repay in 2021. Scott has also served as a trusted advisor and M&A specialist for multiple organizations in the payables environment.

Scott holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where he earned the Batten Institute Scholarship for achievement in technology innovation, and a BA in International Business from Ohio Wesleyan University. Scott is also active with the Episcopal Church and related faith ministries advocating for inclusive hope and the calling to love our neighbor.

NOAH BENZ

Noah Benz is a seasoned executive and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience, currently focusing on the payments industry, including fintech, financial institutions, and related sectors. With a background as a corporate lawyer, Noah has a proven track record of guiding companies through complex strategic partnerships and contracts. He is known for his deep understanding of the payments landscape and his ability to mentor and advise startups, helping them navigate the challenges of scaling and securing strategic partnerships in the rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.

Noah earned a BA, cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University and a JD with Honors from Emory University, equipping him with a strong foundation in both business and law.
